Terms and Conditions

All bespoke jewellery and jewellery made to order cannot be cancelled after materials have been bought.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason T&T bespoke will happily work with you to rectify the problem until you are happy with your design.

Bespoke orders are non refundable. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, or faulty (arrives missing stones or not as described) T&T will happily repair or replace the item free of charge unless the damage has been caused by THE USUAL wear and tear.

There is a non refundable deposit of 50% required on all orders placed with T&T bespoke and the pending balance is payable on completion, with bespoke orders the payment will be required in full upon ordering.

T&T bespoke will offer free resizing if there is any problems with rings fitting after you receive your order. Please note for some styles of diamond setting resizing may not be possible so it is important to have the correct ring size upon placing an order.

Refund Policy

We are happy to provide the option of a full refund or exchange for non-bespoke orders if the goods you receive are unsuitable. We issue all refunds as soon as reasonably possible. Goods must be returned unused and in pristine condition.

*Please note this excludes the refund or exchange of earrings due to hygiene reasons. It also excludes any item that has been personalised or made bespoke for you.
