The new motivational spinners are rings made from solid sterling silver and each hand stamped with a motivational quote or message of your choosing. Sat on top of the band is a sterling silver spinner ring with a gemstone of your choice for a little pop of colour. 
 
The quote on the band in the photograph says "We cannot become what we are by remaining what we are".
 
The band is 13mm wide, solid sterling silver. The maximum amount of letters for your message is 45, Due to the width of the band, I would reccomend choosing a ring size 1 size larger then your current size.
