Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

About Us

T&T Bespoke is a jewellery business based in Wales, United Kingdom. All pieces are handmade or Computer aided design and made to order unless otherwise stated.

All jewellery is made to order. This means production begins specifically for you once your order is placed.

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our work:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or misdescribed goods.

For most Bespoke comissions or higher-value pieces, Full payment will be required before work begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If an order is cancelled, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid to cover materials, time, and administrative costs.

  • Final payment must be made within the agreed timeframe communicated at the time of order.

  • If final payment is not received within the designated timeframe, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and cancel the order.

No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

What to include in the T&C document

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout or in your invoice is the price you will pay. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order. These are approximate and may vary slightly depending on workload, complexity, or material availability.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail using either Tracked or Special Delivery services, depending on the item’s value.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in finish, texture, and stone appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and not considered faults.

All designs, images, text, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
